I am doing the upgrade with SUM SP16 for S4/HANA. Its new installation and doing patch updates. I am facing the following error and cant more to next. My stack file doesn't shows any components which is shown in error and also cant find on SMP. Kindly help me to fix. PLEASE REPLY

document posted without profit center and business area later document splitting are activated and now client wants to doing bank recon while posting it has showing the error. how activate the profit center and business area in posted document. document splitting is activated.

Is it a Sandbox or a Productive System.?
If a document is posted you can't change the document splitting unless you are in a NewGL Migration scenario, and it will work only for documents in current year.
Try to reverse the document with FB08 and post it again. If it doesn't work, create a reverse document so the balance will be 0.

If I understood correctly, you had a system with no document splitting and now you have activated it with dimmensions Profit Center and Business Area. If this is the scenario, I would suggest you contact SAP Support inmediatly.

my client has maintained main bank account twice 40001 and 40002 and now client is using 40002, some posting has done through 40001.
what is solution to do with 40002 ac.my client wants to close the 40001 ac. what will be the process.

I recently read on another website which said that 1) ASAP methodology is now (for the past 4 years) called Solution Manager. Also, the website claims that 2) SAP no longer gives out the ASAP certification.
Could you or anyone else please clarify this matter?

That is incorrect.
SAP Solution Manager is a toolset that contains ASAP methodology, but Solution Manager is not the methodology. Probably someone confused about tool vs. content.
SAP still offers ASAP, but it has been succeeded by SAP Activate methodology that SAP introduced in 2015. See SAP.com/activate
While C_PM_71 certification exam is still listed on the SAP Education pages I would steer anyone to the SAP Activate exam that has been just released this week. While ASAP is still used in projects we are moving to SAP Activate and will gradually phase out ASAP content.
