Hello,
My question is related to the code review defect metrics and Functional defect metrics that is presented as part of quality review with Clients. We present the code review defect metrics as number of CR defects received per 1000 Lines of Code and same for functional defects as well.
I would like to know what is the benchmark for a good development metrics which can be presented.
If SAP can provide some insight here then it will be really helpful to follow and present.
