Was able to correct that "MGR" status flow error.
Q1-Diff between multiple appraiser/ Further Particiapnt/ Multiple
Appraiser??
(Requirement is Employee "A" reports to(RO)Reporting Officer "B" and Employee
Reporting Officer "C" and in this case Rating should come from both the RO's
and then his "HOD".
I have chosen Further Participant for HOD but it is coming grayed completely throughout cycle. Blogs suggests to implement a BADI . Is there any other way round to by which we can do this like PAPP.
Q2 Also want to try for status flow on combining both "Half Yearly " and "Annual Appraisal Cycle". Both cycle are same in steps.
i) If we creat two templates then ,will we able to bring the indicative rating given in half yearly template to final yearly template.
ii) on creating one single template ,we will need to add objectives after half yearly rating-this how can we achieve. and also the status flow needs to be designed for complete one cycle.
