please have a closer look on my entry:
PRINCE2 for SAP implementations (including ERP)
where we use some elements making it similar to scrum: for example workpackages tailored for weeks (similar to sprints) with briefings on the beginning and by delivery similar to Scrum stand-ups. That makes a lot of advantages. This is first entry and I am preparing right now the second focusing more on incremental approach as PRINCE2 is enabling it.
I am right now implementing HCM+ ERECRUIT and this is the right "subject" to engage agility methods. Please note that I am sceptical about the use of Agile by ERP implementations as the main approach:
AGILE for SAP ERP implementation? No thanks!
